For those who do not know,
Siomai is a dimsum of Chinese origin which is also quite common in the Philippines. One can order different kinds of siomai but the base is always pork.

It looks kinda weird but, you know what?. it tastes way, way WAY... better!!!!.....
Last night me and my buddies went on food trip. Usually we have a variety of food to choose from, but last night we only had eyes for the famous SIOMAI SA TISA!!! (TISA is a place far from our school and houses. Their siomai is exceptionally good! For us anyway hahaha)... It was already around 9 pm when we got there because we had to attend our monthly praisefest which ended at around 8:30. We had to wait a bit longer when we got there coz the tables were all full!!! (it was torture i tell you! Torture!!!) After a few minutes, a few AGONIZING minutes, were finally able to get a table, order and eat, eat, eat!!! hehehe it was soooo goood!!! hehehe...
it's been a while since we had a foodtrip. I was so happy last night because, not only did we eat great food, we were also able to bond. I may sound a bit silly right now but yah know what?....I love it when me and my buddies go on silly adventures like this hehehehe... Sometimes we get so busy these days that we forget to smile and have fun....
We didn't stay long there though, there were a lot of people waiting for us to finish. (so annoying hehehe)...We paid for our food then went on our way.
To get home, we had to walk for around ten minutes (yep, exercise after meals hahaha.. good thing no one got appendicitis...toinkz). The street was dark and there were a lot of people who looked really scary, so we decided to stick close to each other . We joked around, laughed a lot and even sang a lot. If you saw us last night, you would have thought what a rowdy bunch we were! hahahaha....
The other thing that added to the fun was a new friend. He was from a different schoool and spoke a different language than us..(welll... it's not actually that different hehehe) He spoke TAGALOG the national language of us Filipinos. We are filipinos too but we are from a different island, we can speak both tagalog and english but our vernacular langauge is BISAYA . We had to translate some jokes and words to him so he wouldn't feel left out. But still, we really enjoyed the night despite the langauge barrier.
When we finally got to our stop, my other friends said goodbye and rode a jeepney. Me and my other friends waited for the next jeep (for them) and a taxi for me (i always ride on one during the night time). I was a bit nervous coz my friends told me to give our new friend a ride since he was boarding near my place anyway. I was nervous coz like i said, he was tagalog. I have nothing against them, and i was more than okay to give a friend a ride. It's just that....I suck at speaking Tagalog... hahahaha (nosebleed alert!!) It's weird actually, I find it harder to speak our national language than to speak english.
I was so relieved that we said goodbye before i ran out of words hehehehe...
........ I had so much fun that night, that i kept smiling even when arrived home......
It kind of reminded me of the text message i received from one of my friends
Life can be fun even if there are many problems,
Shitty days, boring moments and beastly enemies.
There's one thing that erases all of it....
tons of extraordinary, sweet, hyper, freakin' insane friends!!. 0_o
