When i woke up from my afternoon nap, i found out that kuya and ate went out for their parties...sheesh..they didn't even wake me up properly to say goodbye... so i woke up disoriented and thinking that i might be in some alternate dimension.... hehehe good thing kuya butch was around for me to pick on! hahaha joke....
So i had to cook dinner... but, after a very deep nap i was in no mood to cook..sooo i got out the eggs... some ground meat..and more eggs! hahah and yeah, and a bit of cheese too..
I made two sunny side-ups, then moms omelette...
first you cook the meat...take it out of the pan, then cook the eggs.. and just before the egg gets cooked, put the meat then cover it with the egg..taaddaa!!! meat omelette... i added some cheese so it wouldn't look so plain.. hehehehe..
soo we had eggs and some meat and cheese.. hahahaa talk about a heart stopper...too much cholesterol!.. by the way don't put too much oil... my head is still spinning from that mistake.. hahahaha
