Well this is my first entry of the year and i really want it to make some sense...maski gamay hehehe.. :p ..
Well, my vacation wasn't super. T'was just the usual happy celebration that we usually have every Christmas and New year...
The first party that i attended when i arrived was mom and dad's Christmas party for their prayer group... I was so exhausted coz from the boat i rested for only a few hours, then i we had to go to the city to pic up gifts, sleep for a few minutes then go to the party... shucks pwede malipong?. hahaha.. anyweiz, during their party i realized a lot of things like:
1)
We should really value every single day of our life. Every single memory, good or bad, should be cherished. They were laughing so hard when they told stories of their most embarrasing presentations at work or other stuff. They were talking exactly like us when were talking with our best buds. Talking nonsense and silly stuff. hahaha.. funny maminaw.. coz now, i can say nga buang pud c mama ug papa sa una! hahaha.. :p
2)
Old songs make more sense and are waaay beyond reach of our latest songs!.. hahaha.. They were singing so hard (maski wa nay tingog!) and guess what? they all scored 100%.. whoever tweaked the settings of the magic sing was a genuis! hahaha... As i listened to the lyrics, it made me kinda sad...i couldn't help but imagine how mom and dad was feeling while singing their favorite songs...they were dancing the boogie, cha cha cha, swing.. hahaha!
3)
We should really watch our health!.. almost all of them in the group are diabetic, or borderline, has high blood pressure, etc... but they still served sweets, lechon, wine..etc... hahaha! Wish i could pinch their ears... hahaha!
4)
And lastly, ninongs and ninangs don't always give you gifts.. hahaha!.. shucks wa jud koy nadawat run da hehehe :p
Okay, second party.. hmm our reunion sa family..shucks fast forward ta...happy au, eating, nag story telling ug scary stuff (we thought it was holloween ha!)...lola was funny.. annnd they all said i grew..i grew fat! hmph! hahaha!
And amazing!!
for 1 week i woke up at 5:30 am to play tennis! hahaha.. pero lang..in between games, we ate cake and other yummy stuff.. ay! We also had choco milk with nova! hahaha... It was so tiring yet it was sooo fun to jam with the BBG's! hehehe
New year was noisy.. Mom got tipsy and i got dizzy from the wine so i really wasn't that active.. i was a bit upset with mom though coz, she didn't allow me to visit my cousins.. darn it.. hahay...cge lng... i know she was just concerned hehehe
My vacation was fun.
. i got teased, i got mad, i caught a cold and had a fever. It was a bit crazy, yet i still had fun!... But, as the new year came, i realized a lot of things.. as the old cliche goes, "change is the only constant thing in the world" Like my home town. I loved the trees that lined the road on the way, but someday they will be cut coz two more subdivisions are being built right now. And, when i visited my old place, i found out that i didn't know most of the people anymore.. hahay...
I miss the old days but, i'm looking forward to what lies ahead too... I know it sounds crazy but that's just how i feel.. hehehe...
Also, one of the things that i learned before the year ended was
" True happiness is making other people happy"... That's why...
i'm seriously thinking of taking up law.. old issue na ni but i'm still not done with it noh?.hehehe btaw.. serious. I think i'm gonna try it.. I think i'll be happier if i know mom and dad is also happy!.. :) crazy ain't i?.. hehehe....
waaaaa! there's still so much in my head right now that
i can't stop writing!... (well this is a first! hahaha!)... but i think next entry na ni sila hehehe :p ...
basta now.. i'll stick to what miss potter said
"The only thing that matters at our age is that, at our age every day matters!"
